We met Sonja at an open house a few years ago. We were impressed with her obvious knowledge and professionalism and used her to complete the shopping and buying process for my father's house. We have subsequently bought another house using her and have recently sold a house using Sonja as the listing agent. We have bought and sold @ 16 houses all over the United States over the last 30 plus years. Sonja is the best realtor that we have used in those years. I would say that the real proof is on the listing side. Most buyer's agents create good experiences because buying a house is fun. Sonja's follow-up on the selling side was extraordinary and very much appreciated. I would give my highest recommendation for using her on either side of a real estate transaction.
